Greetings, Saints of God in The Name of Jesus:
Saints of God, this is the fast that our Lord is calling for in this season. Please, read Isaiah 58.
I am writing you to acquaint you with the work we are doing in our community at,
"God's One People In Christ Ministries", and, "The House Of The Lord M. People Church", For the past fourteen years, our Ministry has been involved in many charitable works. Our purpose and goals has always been to lend a helping hand in any way we can to better safeguard and transform our community and the people. Our focal remains, the unfortunate, adults and youths, our young and old who are incarcerated, our elderly and those who are unable to attend church at the nursing homes, and our outreach ministries.
Lending a helping hand. Our Mission is to fulfill the Word of The Lord as said in Isaiah 58, by ministering to as many needs as possible.
All who are involved with, "One People Ministries", along with and "The House Of The Lord People Church", fine it both rewarding and gratifying, as we do it unto The Lord, as said in Matthew 25 ..Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? Jesus will answer, Verily I say unto you, inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these My brethren, ye have done it unto Me. ..Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to Me.
I am sure you know that funding for ministries like ours must come from the people of God, those of us who are one in Christ Jesus must join together and serve the community.
If you believe that what we are doing is important, enriches the community, transform lives, and it is the will of God, we are asking for your support. Please help make sure this important work can continue.
We know that God blesses those who are a blessing to others. He said to our father Abraham .. I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee..
Now that you are acquainted with our ministries, we are in need of your immediate attention.
We are located at 712 Dallas Street at the intersection of Waco Drive.
We are in a small building that seats around seventy- five people. We do not have any bathrooms or sufficient heating. We checked with the city of Waco to fine out what it would take to add bathrooms.
What we were told was that the building that we are in did not even past the inspection as a storage building. In order for us to make this building a permanent one and to past inspection we are told that it will cost around thirteen thousand dollars and we need to add a minimum of fifteen parking spaces that will cost around twenty thousand dollards. We are in a very disadvantage community. We fellowship every Saturday, reaching out to the underprivileged, feeding both their physical and spiritual needs. We also provide clothes when in need or when we are able to provide for that need.
We believe that we are called, chosen and highly favoured to build and beautify The House Of The Lord for such a time as this.
We also know that God blesses people to be a blessing.
